Lemon Drop Cookies

Keto Cookie Butter 

Be careful, this is too good. It's easy to get carried away.

1 Cup Nut Butter
½ Cup Butter
3 Tbsp Powdered Erythritol
3 Tbsp Coconut Flour
½ tsp Vanilla
¼ tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
10 drops Liquid Sucralose
2 Tbsp Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (opt.)

 

Put all ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until light and fluffy. Scrape the bowl down at least once. Don't go too long or the butter will melt.

Taste. Add liquid additional sucralose or fine salt to taste. When batter is tasty, add chocolate chips if desired.

Scrape into an airtight container and refrigerate.
