Welcome. We hope you find the information here helpful. 2011 was a lot of work trying to get the pounds off. And I did! I went from 220 on January 1, 2011 was down to 156 January 3, 2012.
How have I done it? I kept my carbs low and my calories lower. I can't say I'd recommend such a cutback for everyone. No one can live like that long-term. But I've yo-yo dieted all my life so my metabolism is really low.
Hoping to get more shows out in 2012. I definitely have some product reviews to post.My name is Jes and I'm a low-carber. My husband Tom and our two sons are definitely not. Can I stay low carb while surrounded by their carb laden goodies? You bet! And in 2012 I'm going to finish what I started.
