Green Bean Casserole

Small:   Large:
16 Oz French Cut Greenbeans 28 Oz
1 Cup Heavy Cream 1½ Cup
2 Med Mushrooms, diced small 5 Med
1 tsp Butter 2 tsp
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt ¾ tsp
1/8 tsp Pepper ¼ tsp
2 Tbsp Fried Onions ¼ cup 

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown diced mushrooms in butter until browned.

Add cream and reduce until thickened. (Approx 10 minutes) Make sure you stir up all the lovely browned mushroom bits on the bottom of the pan.

Add garlic salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings.

Stir in green beans to coat. Pour into small baking dish and cover with fried onions.

Bake 20 minutes.
